Salta Properties is a diverse, privately-owned company offering innovative, sustainable property development and investment. With multiple projects running concurrently, the company website had been calling out for an update to improve its online brand positioning and engagement of prospective partners and customers.

Salta and Bravo teamed up to overhaul the website, effectively showcasing the history of the impressive organisation and its wide portfolio of contemporary projects and investments.

Our Solution

Bravo conducted a UX and wireframing process that was tested with real users to ensure optimal engagement. We built a mobile-responsive website that features:

  1. Improved navigation and content structure

  2. Rich video to encourage content engagement

  3. Properties database and filtering engine

  4. Umbraco CMS for ease of administration

  5. Salesforce integration

  6. RSS news content

Outcomes

Salta Properties now has a website that reflects its brand, with a contemporary and clean design that is easy to navigate. The open-source Umbraco content management system is managed directly by the internal marketing team and all leads are passed directly into Salesforce. 

Projects and news items are kept up to date, with the website now serving its purpose of attracting and engaging prospective partners and customers. Since launching the site in February 2020, the website has already seen a 23% increase in traffic and a 15% increase in engagement with its content (measured by the time spent per session and pages viewed.
